This coffee comes from the San Miguel Escobar Cooperative. San Miguel is a beautiful small town situated at the base of the volcano Agua, approximately 4 miles (6 km) from Antigua, Guatemala.
Plots of coffee stretch up the slopes of the volcano, providing the perfect location for shade-grown, high altitude coffee. The Co-op is comprised of 30 smallhold farmers who have learned to cultivate, harvest and process the coffee with care and dedication.

It was good but I was a little disappointed that the citrus flavour was missing for me. I much prefer the Espresso Roast, chocolate, caramel, buttery.

I really liked the acidity of this coffee, for people who likes acidity this is the one to go. It is a bit weak however, I had to increase the dose a bit to get the strength I enjoy most.
