Deep in Ethiopia's Guji zone, where coffee farms start at 2,000m and the forest canopy is sacred ground 🌲☕
This Anaerobic Natural comes from smallholders in Buku Sayasa, Hambela district — cherry hand-sorted, cold fermented for 24 hrs, then sun-dried on raised beds for 3–4 weeks at EDN's Chelchele station.
Small farms (1–2 hectares), traditional organic practices, and a processor doing right by growers in a region cooperatives haven't reached.
Recommended for Pour-over or Chemex.
