Shipping Policy – Mogiana Coffee
At Mogiana Coffee, we roast and pack your order with care so it arrives fresh and ready to brew.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding statutory holidays.
Most orders are roasted and prepared to ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Note: Processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the locations shown at checkout.
Available shipping options and rates will appear after you enter your shipping address during checkout.
If a shipping option does not appear for your address, it means we’re not able to ship to that location at this time.
3. Products on Display in Store (Available to Order and Ship)
Some products displayed in our physical store location in Burnaby, British Columbia may also be ordered and shipped directly to customers.
Customers may place an order for items that are on display in store either:
• in person at our store
• through our website
• by contacting our team
Once the order is placed, the item will be processed and shipped following the same timelines and shipping methods described in this policy.
Processing time for items displayed in store is typically 1–3 business days before shipment.
After the order ships, estimated delivery times are generally:
British Columbia: 1–3 business days
Western Canada: 2–5 business days
Eastern Canada: 4–7 business days
Shipping costs for these orders follow the same structure outlined in the Shipping Rates section below.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on destination, order weight, and carrier service.
Typical shipping costs within Canada:
British Columbia
Orders 0–2.9 lb: CA$8.85 (Standard Shipping)
Orders 3 lb and up: Free Shipping
Rest of Canada
Orders 0.1–11 lb: approximately CA$16.00
Orders 11.1–20 lb: approximately CA$30.00
Shipping is fulfilled primarily using Canada Post. In some cases, DHL Express may be used depending on the shipping method selected.
The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Delivery Times
Orders are roasted and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
British Columbia: 1–3 business days
Western Canada: 2–5 business days
Eastern Canada: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to:
• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• remote delivery locations
• peak shipping periods
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the order is with the carrier.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• tracking number (when available)
• link to track your package with the carrier
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
7. Holiday & Peak Periods
During busy periods (such as major sales or holidays), both processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Any temporary changes to our shipping schedule will be communicated via:
• website banners or notices
• email communications
• checkout messages
8. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit:

If there is no movement for several business days, contact us with:
• your full name
• order number
• shipping address
We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Possible outcomes may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the carrier’s findings.
9. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
Please take photos of:
• the outer box
• the shipping label
• the damaged items
Contact us with:
• your order number
• the photos
• a short description of the issue
We will review the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with:
• household members
• neighbors
• building management
• the carrier using your tracking number

Refused shipments or unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to return shipping or restocking fees.
